"Padday Na Lima" is an Ybanag vernacular that means "made by hands" or "hand-crafted. This has been the banner of the agency for the marketing and promotions of Region 2’s products and is implemented annually to stage and provide exposure for the new and improved products of Cagayan Valley and help local MSMEs and farmers market their products and produce.

At the Padday na Lima Regional Trade Fair, the Batanes Pavilion highlights Ivatan craftsmanship and culture through sea glass jewelry, flying fish sardines, root crops, local delicacies, and traditional crafts. It also promotes Batanes' pristine tourism attractions. Meanwhile, the Isabela Pavilion showcases the province’s agricultural abundance with corn-based snacks, premium coffee and cacao, mung beans, wearables, and home accessories, along with ecotourism sites and potential development zones.
